There are some beginner golf tips that can help a new comer to the game learn the swing relatively easily. I believe in teaching the golf swing in as simple a manner as possible.
The first thing a beginner needs to learn is the Correct Setup. Once you've gotten comfortable holding the club and stand and also have a feel for how to align correctly then you're ready to learn these Golf Swing Basics.

Some Common Problems Golf Beginners Often Have In Their Swings:
1) Standing up too quickly in the downswing and not staying down through the impact area, lifting the head up also pulls the body and arms up which will probably cause you to top the ball and not make good contact.
2) Trying to steer, lift, or pick up the club and not allow the golf swing to be a fluid and rhythmic motion which will lead to good balance and better golf shots.
3) Lacking smoothness, often rushing either the backswing or the downswing. The backswing is 3 times as long as the downswing so take your time getting back there and then swing your arms down will staying nice and balanced until you've hit the ball and can the follow through and swing your club towards your target and then over your left shoulder.
